Working with All Out CoachingMy coaching is based on two themes: the importance of a partnering relationship with a client; and the acknowledgement that my clients' business and personal lives are intertwined. These themes have led me to develop my coaching style. When I work with my clients:
* A portion of our work together is discovering and acknowledging who the client really is. While a client will rarely come to a business coach to find out who they really are, I find that for many is it powerful to become connected with their real selves and leverage their best parts to become more success in both business and life.
* Together we unearth what you really want. I work with my clients to identify gaps between where they are today and where they want to be. This helps us unearth their ideal situation and create strong, clear intentions to guide our progress.
* After we identify what the client wants, we strategize on how to get it. I coach my clients to identify and create resources along the way. I help them fully believe in themselves and work to overcome the challenges and obstacles in their way. I help them see potentially limiting beliefs that might be keeping them from moving forward.
I have found that this style works with clients because I ask powerful questions, believe in my clients, and challenge my clients. I am their partner, interested in supporting what they want (and not my own agenda). I help them see themselves. And I help them succeed.
