Contact JerryWhen you first contact me to set up your complimentary session, I will call or email you to schedule a time for us to talk. Our meeting is done over the phone, and usually takes about a half hour. In that time, we can discuss your current situation. All information exchanged between us is held in strict confidence. At the end of this meeting we will both have a clearer picture of the problem that you want to work on, a better idea of who the other person is, and whether or not hiring me to help you work on this problem is the right way for you to proceed. Sometimes the result of the session will be that I refer you to other professionals who may be a better fit for your particular needs.
If you decide to hire me, we will meet on a weekly basis, usually for 45 minutes, three times a month. Although I have other options available, I've found it helpful to start working from this format. In the course of our weekly meetings, we'll take time to discuss what went right for you since our last meeting, as well as your current challenges. These are the guideposts by which we determine our direction. An important note here is that this is your time. I have no agenda, except to fully support you. Whatever is important to you this week, at this time, is what we'll work on. During these sessions, assignments and "field work" may be given. You are free to accept/reject/challenge or expand on anything we discuss.
There are two things that we work on simultaneously, throughout our relationship; your business, and you. I want your business to succeed, and I want you to grow to become the person that you need to be to fully support that business on your own.

In the course of a half hour, we can determine where you are, what's holding you back, and strategize about moving forward. If nothing else, you'll get 30 minutes of a brainstorming session that may help you reshape the course of your business.

There is just one thing that needs to be addressed prior to us working together. I'm very selective of the clients I coach. My clients are people of good moral character, and True to their Word.
